The Xbox version online playability is harsh, not very optimize. Good looking game, but I'll pass.

Dx 11 patch is no priority for Crytek. They announced it to mainly to stop the complaints from PC-gamers. I think it will be released this summer together with the sandbox editor.

As for the trailer: the maps look good. But I don't know if I'm willing to pay money for it.
Crysis 1 shipped as a PC game that could only see one CPU core and it was'nt until the third or fourth patch that Crytek released that enabled not only a huge number of bug fixes and enhancements but finally the game could see dual CPUs. That patch was 400+MB and there is the final 50MB patch which is really for server issues.

But guess what it doesn't matter what you did weather you installed it in a 64bit OS or 32bit OS, the game ran pretty much the same and the well known higher than "Very High" setting is still not enabled and thats for a Dx10 era, however there have been fans who made custom tools to enable it but it does not run stable or rather it could not run much back in the days of 2008. Most PC fanboys have moved on and now that the Dx 9 Crysis 2 fiasco happened its likely that the so called "dx 11" patch should weight in at well over 400MB, likely 800MB plus as Direct x 11 is very different than Dx9.

  • Melmoth

Melmoth for games not exporting data, you can still use audio as input on the jetseat, but i haven't tried that yet and don't know how well it works. (1 Day ago)

  • Melmoth

Melmoth while the jetseat uses telemetry from the games that support exporting it, and has 6-8 zones of vibration/feedback. so you get much more nuansed and adjustable feedback (1 Day ago)

  • Melmoth

Melmoth @toelessfoot: I don't have any experience with the buttkicker, but from what i understand it's just using game-audio as input, and is 1 large shaker/motor, so it won't be direction-specific feedback (1 Day ago)
