You may have already seen this video on the excellent 1up site a few weeks ago, but if not then you are in for a treat. This gameplay video was done by Team Ninja to show some new moves in the game, and especially how you can use the level itself to pull off some very nice moves. Very nice video, but the HQ version is only available via bittorrent for the moment.

This should definitely put a rest to people's assumptions that this plays like the previous games in the series. Ground play is so much more developed, and this totally looks like the best playing DOA yet and possibly even a viable high level option to Tekken 3 and VF.

Not yet. And it won't be high resolution either, the hardware I plan to purchase for HD videos is not yet available :/

I still don't know why some people were complaining about this game not looking next-gen. Are they fricken blind or what? The backrounds are insane.

This doesn't look to be doing much different from past DOA releases...a little bit better looking but that's about it.

I think that the motion blur is only in photo mode. That's the last I heard anyway.

This must be from a older build because I don't see any of the motion blur that they have been talking about.

I hope that one of the two games rare will announce next year will be Killer Instinct 3. I have grown tired of all the same fighting games. I hope that if it is KI3 it might breath some life back into the genre like it did when the first game came out for the n64.
