Dr. Wright enters Smash Bros. Brawl

Nintendo just announced that Dr. Wright, from SNES' Sim City, would be in the roster of Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Instead of being a playable character, Dr. Wright will be an "assist trophy", some kind of striker to help you. As a matter of fact, he'll raise buildings to deal damage to your opponents. Cute !

Is this the first ever Wii thing? Cool! Has to be said that I'm not impressed here. Given the visuals look no better, there will be no gesture input and Wii's online play is awful, I'm not envisaging this being a significant step up from Melee.

I think this part "Dr. Wright, from SNES' Sim City" indicates and maybe sugests that he's from... Halo. :)

Old games always look better in your head! Ok, so it looks a lot more detailed than SSBM, but the Link comparison pic seems to be lacking the charm.
