Bioware has released a new trailer of Dragon Age 2 showcasing the three classes of the game which are: Warrior, Mage and Rogue. A demo will be released on February 22.
Dragon Age 2 looks so damn badass now, combat looks faster and much more exciting to look at during gameplay.
I can definitely see myself play through all 3 classes, especially mage.
This is the first game I have seen were Mages are just awesome, kind of like if shaolin monnks used a staff with powers, that sort of thing, really awesome.
From long range they use magic but from close range they use their staff/blade WITH magic to enhance the attacks.
Can't wait to play the demo until March!
PS. Kudos to Bioware that they made an awesome CGI trailer were Hawke fights like a badass mage and yet they implemented that into actual gameplay :)
Oh dear, I was looking forward to playing Two Worlds 2 on Feb 8, but as this game has been push back to Feb 25, I might just save me cash and get this one instead, as I loved the last Dragon Age.

It was exactly the same with their Mass Effect series.
They do that so they have a iconic character to represent their boxarts, wallpapers, gameplay...etc. but everyone knows you can totally customize your male/female character.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure they stated there will be no character customization this time. They want you to play as one guy and follow his story..

There WILL be character customization, that has been confirmed.
Just like Mass Effect they want someone "iconic" to show off the gameplay easily without keep making new characters in every new demo they show, and show in cmmercials, boxarts, wallpapers...etc.
But just like Mass Effect, you can customize the head and only choose the first name and have Hawke as secondary so the NPCs can give you a name, basically give dialogue to your character as well than the old age text decisions.
So dont worry, character customization from Dragon Age 1 is back, only thing that isnt going to be there is the race.
You can only be human.
