I really wanted some Armored Kill gameplay, too bad it was just a mash up trailer of all the downloadable content.

Everyone should be able to purchase Premium and play this today. Exclusivity deals are so lame. :|

What made you think that? It's never been free. Back to Karkand wasn't even free for non Limited Edition copies.

:)

I'm pretty okay with the cost of these things. Karkand offered a decent value, I feel like the remaining DLC will as well. It's a bit of a shame that LE owners get less value out of premium, but I bought into it anyway.

I was 100% sure I'd buy all the expansions for this game already.

This timed DLC and one week early to free exclusive skins for that format is starting to tire me out. Can we blame Acti and MS for this??

toelessfoot Right. I think programmable shaders were adopted fairly early on consoles (xbox360/ps3) (3 Days ago)

  • MrWhite

MrWhite @toelessfoot: Well, only recently they have been. I think this is the first gen I've seen where PC's are playing catch up. Not through hardware power, but through development cycles (3 Days ago)

  • toelessfoot

toelessfoot Yeah I think innovations on the console side are taken up more quickly by PC than vice versa because consoles are really lead platform for everything (3 Days ago)

  • MrWhite

MrWhite At least for most gamers. Similar to when everything went to pci-e (4 Days ago)

  • MrWhite

MrWhite I think we could be seeing a dramatic shift in PC hardware where it'll be essential to own both an SSD and a next gen card with the api's to use them. That also would probably require new motherboards (4 Days ago)

MrWhite If a game is built from the ground up to take advantage of that, though... (4 Days ago)
