Carrion, developed by Phobia Games and published by Devolver Digital, lets you control a meaty creature who spread terror among those who imprisoned it. The title will be out in 2020 for PC and console.

I dont think they "revealed it", it has been shown before. I saw it months ago, not sure where though, can someone else help here?

Yes indeed, the developer talked about it in late 2017.
