They canned NBA live for the last couple years- THis looks exactly like the old one nobody bought :P Unless it can at least operate on the level and 2k, I don't see the point.
I also think it's worth noting that Madden has no competition because EA bought the NFL. 2k has no competition because it was far superior, the way it should be...

I didn't realise they didn't have an NBA game for a couple of years, I guess I was wrong then, lol! I wasn't sticking up for EA though, just pointing out that they've been making yearly sports games (apart from NBA then apparently) for 20 years and I saw no sign of them stopping. You're right about 2K Sports, they're a lot better than EA, at least as far as some games go. (Did 2K Sports make Prize Fighter? I can't remember, I just remember all the reviews saying Fight Night was better.) 2K Sports should make Kinect sports games since EA have apparently decided not to bother doing them properly anymore despite starting right with Tiger Woods 13. 2K Sports could sell millions if they do it right.

Many stupid people out there who actually liked the live games. This looks like a loss of money to me. Since Dreamcast and 2k sports started they've always been way way better IMO
