Xbox 360 PS3

Konami has finally released the first images of the next-gen version of Pro Evolution Soccer, and oh so happy I am! Could it be any better? Yeah, the release date could be a little bit sooner.

The press release says 2006 for Europe, and it's rumoured to be next year in the US. This year's PES is a little bit late though, in stead of the regular October release, it's probably gonna be november-december this time for Europe.

W0000tT! That just made my day. I don't care what improvements are made, all they had to do was make it widescreen, 720p, keep Veron at Inter and make Blackburn Rovers better and I'd be first in line!

That said, everything else is a bonus :)

Mixed reaction, the first pic Adriano looks very good, not too sure about John Terry tho, looks weird. Must be a very early build as not sure if Chelsea even have any players who wear 25, 32 or 30

Anyways, gameplay will rock so makes this a MUST BUY!!!

well fifa 06 looks pretty good but its still not perfect, graphically this is pretty awful. But it was always the same last generation and pro evo was the better game.

graphics are a bit crap, whoever thats suppost to be in shot 2 looks like a 50 year old man with no teeth. But it was the same last gen, fifa had the graphics, evo had the gameplay. Im really happy with fifa world cup 06 it plays great. I hope the final build of pro evo has less old men with no teeth and the great gameplay.

I was wondering the same thing, but i think its the same game just under a different name. I mean it can't be a coincidence that both are made by konami could it?

  • toelessfoot

toelessfoot omg the Rare acquisition sure amounted to a whole lot of nothing (9 Hours ago)

  • MrWhite

MrWhite @jmd749: Could end up being another Rare scenario, but for the cost they shilled out, I doubt it. If Xbox has Elderscrolls as an exclusive, that's pretty big. (10 Hours ago)

  • nostradamus

nostradamus just like everyone is starting to ignore playstation in midst of the stirup. its working, and its only the begging. Based Satya Nutsadella are Huge. (1 Day ago)

  • jmd749

jmd749 @MrWhite: Long time no c. This acquisition could be a great thing for PC gamers, I hope MS take Bethesda to higher standards with larger budgets @Doom_Bringer: for PC gamers the xbox is easy to ignore (1 Day ago)

  • Doom_Bringer

Doom_Bringer Xbox is now impossible to ignore, I just subscribed to Xbox game pass and gonna put my money down for Series X. (1 Day ago)

  • MrWhite

MrWhite @toelessfoot: Was going to say. Those aren't official ports. Someone like Carmack could get it running in its full glory with proper VR implementation, i.e hand interaction etc (1 Day ago)

  • toelessfoot

toelessfoot Maybe realtime stencil shadows will be doable on Quest 2. These are the DrBeef ports btw (1 Day ago)
