If the Raving Rabbids were mixed with some gremlins the result would be those freaks from Killer Freaks From Outer Space, the new project of Ubisoft Montpellier being developed for Wii U. Trailer and screens inside.
haha, awesome. can't wait to see more. Exclusive hardcore titles such as this is something Nintendo really, really needs, to get the more hardcore aboard for the WiiU.
Looking forward to see more of Killer Freaks. Could turn out to be alot of fun.
Where did Nintendo ever say Wii-U is gonna be even up to 360?
Nintendo don't care about matching or surpassing the industry standard. They're into their market, their niche and pushing new/interesting controllers.
These first screenshots are a bit underwhelming, but I wouldn't make the mistake to judge the WiiUs graphical power by them at this stage.
In a year we will see whether it's WiiUnderpowered or WiiUnbelieveable.
I like that Ubi brings a Raving Rabbits/Gremlins kind of charme to splatter gaming.

Some here absolutely have no clue. I'm the first to whine about how terrible the Wii U is (interesting as a concept though) but these shots state that it's an "early version" and probably isn't even running on final hardware. Even in this state it already looks better than some full retail games.
Indeed, looks better than most Wii games, but not better than any of the good 360 launch games
The systems is somehwere between Wii and 360 in hardware, closer to Wii than 360 judging by the very basic graphics in this first game
LOL the console isn't out for 12 or more months and the dev kits don't have final specs so its no surprise the graphics look underwhelming at this stage.

Well you can't judge this game, its alpha footage based on alpha hardware, come on guys where is your common sense ?
some of yall need to get your foots outta your ass, that's trolling, this looks heaps better than any first gen 360 or ps3 game and its only going to get better, seriously great job, looks amazing imo.

looks like a barely improved wii game to me. if this is the extent of the Wii-u's visuals then seriously L.O.L.
@ jolli - when you dont have dev kits or potential specs developers tend to overshoot their mark, not undershoot it.
i'd put money on this game looking just as mediocre when it's released as it does here.
Funny you say the Wii U won't have any third party exclusive, and here it is the first one. This game prove that WiiU will get some exclusives. Nintendo made big money with the wii and the ds. I'm sure they will sing some exclusive game.

Seriously you don't know what you talking about.
Don't get me wrong I think this game looks pretty average and I'm not interested in it in the slightest, but you can't judge a game this early in development.

Do find it interesting that after all the fuss around the new controller they're advertising a standard controller to play the game with
Definatly not even close to 360 launch games

That trailer is disturbing, though.

It has been clearly stated though by ACTUAL DEVELOPERS that the power exceeds current consoles by an undisclosed margin.
