Definitely downgraded.. So tired of being let down after initial bullvids and bullshots. I hope this isn't the PC version.
What downgrade? It looks just like the original reveal (which was obviously PC anyway) albeit with less AA. So what? It looks the same just as I knew it would. People are far too quick to quick to judge and point at things that just aren't there. Just because Watch Dogs took a massive hit, the internet assumed the worst.

The geometry doesn't actually deform, they're using normal maps to approximate the effect. Actual geometry deformation would have been taxing. Nice effect nonetheless.
