A bit jaggytastic arent they! Which version are they from? Is this definately only going to be available via digital distribution?
Theres so many cons with this process of delivering media. I much prefer full, boxed retail releases so as to continue my collection of over 60 XBOX360 games :(

That's what the press release says. No platforms specified at the moment, more information will come during the GDC.

Looks like a troll.

By the looks of it (literary) it's an XBLA/PSN game. Hope they don't go for the €/$ 20 price range. 1200 space bucks could make it a hit.

hmmm explains the visuals then if it's only an arcade game. The screens remind me alot of classic prince of persia - with a 3D viewpoint. Really don't think it suits a Tomb raider game

In fact its all abit of a disappointment. I was hoping that square buying Eidos would result in a tomb raider/rpg hybrid

LMAO, yeah, that pretty much confirms that i wont be buying this. my god it looks like shit. the guy who said it looks like a PSP game isnt that far off tbh. there isnt a single smooth edge in any of those screens.

why the hell did they choose an isometric view for a tomb raider game? crazy decision.

Lara is too far,if those are gameplay shots I dont like it,I want to be able to look at Lara's ass all the time and up close.

Those graphics are inexcusably bad. I've seen better looking PSP games, frankly.

looks quite like Fallout 2 Tomb-Raider-Style.

DS2 Touch + a Fallout type game would be nice

This is not Tomb Raider 9 people. Its a DLC game. Plus the quality of the screenshot are awful. I've seen the same screens in other game sites and it dosen't look like this.

It look like fun. The Co-Op is interesting.

Yes it looks crap, for a full price retail game. But that's almost certainly not what this is. It's been confirmed as Digital Distribution only so I'm guessing this is going to be a PSN/Live Arcade title and possibly PSP and/or iPhone as well. That being the case the graphics look pretty much as you'd expect them to.

I'm sure the big Tomb Raider reboot is still coming, this is just a little side entry for the franchise.

People are way too quick to criticise these days.....

you'd expect it to at least look on par with trine, shadow complex or bionic commando re-armed. this looks decidedly last gen tho. not to mention the truely bewildering choice to make it isometric...a side scrolling platformer would be much better suited for the TR franchise.

as for the way this is being sold. isnt it episodic...meaning it'll probably approach full game retail price by the time they release every episode making it the most stupid thing they've done since angel of darkness.

They should have just remade Spelunker with Lara's big boobs as the main character.

If this is the new direction that the TR series is going in I'm pissed. If this is just a spin-off until the next real TR then I'll wait and see.
