Turn 10 released these new images of Forza Motorsport 3 introducing some of the V8 supercars of the game. Update: Three images of the 99 Viper GTS added.
Cant say for the other ones but these new screens does kind of have a prominent toonish tinch to them. I really really want to see what they can cram onto a single DVD.
@Thor, theres apparently going to be 300 cars, and all but 3 of the tracks on disc 1. A second disc will carry 100 more car's and 3 additional tracks - to play these you need a harddrive! Which makes Microsofts move to remove the cheapest 360 entery with a HDD as standard all the more crazy when future MGS games require a harddrive.
This game is going to be amazing but saving all that on my hard drive sounds a little annoying. Looks like the whole blu-ray thing is seeming more attractive. but i'm far from a sony fanboy so please no flaming for that comment.
I think I read that they pulled all the cars and tracks from Forza 2 and put them in the game under the new graphics engine. I think all the content on disc 2 is carry over stuff from the second game, but I could be wrong about that.
Anyhow this game just cannot come out soon enough! I cannot wait to get my hands on this as the last two forza games provided me with well over 100 hours each of high quality gaming. If I get into online even more this time, I can only imagine how much i'll be playing this game.
As for the graphics, whether it's the best looking racer or not, I don't really give a shit. The game looks amazing and i'm guessing it will have the best physics of any game this generation. Bring on this racing bliss
I'm not sure what you mean by "pulling the cars and tracks from Forza2". Certainly there will be some of the same cars and tracks, but the assets themsleves are re-made from scratch (allegedly why you won't be able to import paintjobs from F2, which is a GOD DAMN CRIME!). They didn't (allegedly) re-use the F2 assets.
On the 1. DVD is the normal Game and on the 2. DVD are Cars and some additional Tracks. At all there over 400! Cars and more than 100 Tracks in the Final Game.

you can tell this is one of those guys who would say the exact same shit if they posted some GT5 screens by mistake and called it Forza. It would be soooo funny watching him try to back out of his insults at the screens.

The shots look fine to me.. of course I would love to see some more video's etc, but lets wait until nearer the date, TGS is alledged a time we will get more info and an outside chance of a demo.
When we do get a demo, I can guarantee the reaction, the internet will explode as people pick apart the graphics and compare to GT, totally overlooking the actual game itself.. :)
