Disney Interactive released these four gameplay videos of Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End. For a movie adaptation, it's really well done.

The only problem I have with the graphics is some of the environments look artificially big and thus bare, presumably so there's room for the camera to move around. I guess I'm mainly thinking of the bar fight seen on IGN's vid interview I think.
The fighting system actually looks like it could have some depth. There's parrying, finishing moves and did you notice in the Port Royal fight when Jack threw one guy over, the other guy got pushed as well?
Can't really tell until you play though... so I'm pretty much expecting it to be on the simplistic side. Hopefully there's enough there though to keep it interesting.
Looks good but as we all know, games based on movies tend to suck most of the times. I want to see more from this game before I make up my mind about this one.
