GRID 2, the game from Codemasters is back with two gameplay videos from the pre-alpha version of the game still scheduled for 2013. It offers a trip to Chicago and another on the California coast.
you have got to be kidding me. apart from a slight change in visuals, there is NO difference between GRID and GRID 2?! a massive lol at the Chicago vid as well as I actually thought that was GRID.
I really hope im missing major parts of this, but i fear not. it looks like the handling model is the same too...
so dear devs, is there a way to win those (2/3/4 lap) races without behaving like an asshole ?

Looks good to me, a bit floaty but I think that is the car they are driving in the demo. Remember there is nearly a year to go before the game is released so there is plenty of time to polish it up and sort out the handling.
The graphics are awesome, but the handling is abysmal! You cannot even drift like this in DiRT. Why does every arcade racer have to be about sliding through corners these days? Very disappointed.
Amazing. This is what racing games needs, great tracks. Only GT5 has amazing variety of tracks but Grid2 will have great atmosphere and fun to play. This cam though sucks. Grid already could be amazing if the cars were not so twitchy.
