I joined in at The Taken King phase and I can say that I am having a ton of fun. This game could have so easily been a game of the generation contender if it had more realised ambition, something in the way of a Fallout-Destiny hybrid would have been perfect. Give me the design philosophy of a fallout with their open world go anywhere start your own quest structure and the world design and gameplay of destiny.

In actuality Destiny gameplay blended with any other successful western RPG would have been a dream. Mass Effect and Destiny oolahlah probably a better fit than even fallout.

Ironically Bungie probably had too much ambition the MMORPG approach was an attempt to please all sides but it would have been a better game as an RPG Shooter in the vain of a Mass Effect but First Person.

MrWhite If you storm a building like that and call it a revolution, you better be prepared to die. They clearly weren't or hadn't any clue of what a revolution entails. (6 Hours ago)

  • MrWhite

MrWhite @gigantor21: I found her to be a bit endearing in how naive she was. The police and guards in that building had the power to literally open up and slaughter the lot of them. (6 Hours ago)

  • gigantor21

gigantor21 @MrWhite: That one lady whining about getting maced even though "it's a revolution" was the patron saint of the insurrectionists: entitled, weak and stupid. (8 Hours ago)

  • MrWhite

MrWhite Oh, and as an Irishman, Biden's constant referrals to his "Irishness" just comes across as the usual pandering. (8 Hours ago)

MrWhite Difference is, Cubans are true revolutionaries that stuck to their convictions when it mattered and they hate them for it? Hypocrisy at its purist. (9 Hours ago)

MrWhite That's the kind of thing Americans brazenly and arrogantly turn their noses up at whenever other countries around the planet do it. They still have a chip on their shoulder with Cuba, for example. (9 Hours ago)
