Looks like our reporters in Cologne had a short night as I have quite a lot of Direct Feed videos ready for you guys. Let's start with the ever impressive Dragon Ball FighterZ and these two fights.
Melmoth @Sdarts: I vaguely remember that game from back then. Never played it. (1 Week ago)
Sdarts I loved this game, you can play with different characters, each with their own abilities. You had a dash, that was basically like flying - Really cool mechanic. Squaresoft at its best. (1 Week ago)
Sdarts But got to a place where I couldn't progress further, because I didn't understand Japanese - before 2000, I wanna say. Really liked it and still remember it randomly sometimes. (1 Week ago)
Sdarts And then later their American versions. There was this Japanese game only released in Japan, I think it was from Squaresoft, the game was quite cool and I went very far in it. (1 Week ago)
Sdarts @nostradamus: Yes, PSX, N64 & Sega Saturn as well. Those days, I played a lot of imported games. I believe I played Final Fantasy 8 around 6 months before the US release. Tenchu 1 & 2 in Japanese. (1 Week ago)

It is the reason why ArcSys doesnt do aditional costumes on their characters is because it takes plenty of time to model this character.
I love Dragon Ball Z's Japanese voices, the actors do an excellent job. If you never heard arrogant, pompous and angry Vegita (Vegeta in English), you never heard him at all. Same for Freeza and Piccolo, the Japanese voice actors are phenomenal.
Even when comparing with the Brazilian dub - which has one of the best dubbing industry in the world - the Japanese voices are just 10 times better. My first time watching Dragon Ball Z was watching movie 8, Broly The Legendary Super Saiyan, in Japanese and the voices were just mind-blowing, even though I had watched Japanese-voiced anime before that.
There's so much personality and charm to all the characters that any dubbing just loses when compared to the original. And all this from someone who prefers English dubbing in games than the original audio, be it a JRPG, Japanese game or The Witcher in Polish, which people say it's fantastic and even better than in English, but I just don't care.
Anime on the other hand, specially Dragon Ball, give me those Japanese voices always.
