Are those screenshots like the E3 Watch Dogs footage or representing the actual game we will see?
Given the resolution my guess would be it is PC with anything on Ultra, which will never be the same as we see on PS4 and after the PC downgrade?
These are bullshots, rendered at insane resolutions. I swear the one with the elephants in the lake looks like 8k or something.
You can bet your ass that these are from the PC version.
As for the downgrade, who knows? FC3 was downgraded from E3 to retail, so was Watch Dogs. But this game is closer to release, I don't think they'll pull it again.
Most of the pictures are HQ and biger then my monitor witch is 1650x1050, is thera a quick way to change the size of the picture so it will fit in to my screen?

No way are all of these real screenshots. Too much difference in image quality in too many inconsistent ways between the shots. Some of them are legitimate but others look moderately to heavily edited.

All of the high res ones are without much or any AA. Sample them down and suddenly it pretty much just has AA applied. The crazy resolution shots are the most reasonable looking ones.
