We were also able to record some direct feed footage of The Crew 2 on PC (locked at 30 fps though), which you can now watch inside. We're still processing all our remaining content so videos should keep coming today and tomorrow.
OMG!!! This game looks INCREDIBLE!! Seriously. Its look we have just a generation. And this is seamless open world!!!
The E3 demo/videos were amazing but I kinda doubted the end product would like that great but after these these videos.......well this has gone straight to the top of my wish list.
Thanks for the amazing videos.
the lighting and detail looks phenomenal... even giving the big 4 games (Forza, GT , PC, Assetto ) a serous run. there's only one big problem, it doesn't seem to be that well optimized. If this can run at 1440p/60 fps on a GTX 1060 i will hand the crown to this game.
The only racing game to my knowledge that currently has the best optimization and graphics is Forza, which is a superb franchise as well. Project Cars is 2nd with Optimization on the PC platform. The Crew 2 though looks like Crysis 3 on wheels no doubt.

The final game had yes (but there was a serious issue with the engine when running at 60, with random heavy stuttering) , but in all the presentations I attended for the Crew 1, the game was locked at 30. Clearly it was also the case at Gamescom.
Cool. I remember playing it at 60 and it playing okay beyond the suspect car handling. Hoping this game does the same and has improved the latter. It could be really fun. Changing vehicles in real time looks fun.

I loved this game, you can play with different characters, each with their own abilities. You had a dash, that was basically like flying - Really cool mechanic. Squaresoft at its best. (1 Week ago)

Found the game I mentioned - never thought to look for it till now. The name is "Soukaigi": [url] Seeing some comments of people who looked for it for 10 years. Crazy! (1 Week ago)

But got to a place where I couldn't progress further, because I didn't understand Japanese - before 2000, I wanna say. Really liked it and still remember it randomly sometimes. (1 Week ago)

And then later their American versions. There was this Japanese game only released in Japan, I think it was from Squaresoft, the game was quite cool and I went very far in it. (1 Week ago)

@nostradamus: Yes, PSX, N64 & Sega Saturn as well. Those days, I played a lot of imported games. I believe I played Final Fantasy 8 around 6 months before the US release. Tenchu 1 & 2 in Japanese. (1 Week ago)
