Looks nice, like expected.. I guess part 3 is a nice way to finish the series on the Xbox 360.. Is there gonna be a part 4 on a new Xbox?

With the graphics being similar to Gears 2, the focus will surely be on delivering good gameplay. Having loved the previous games, the 3th one will definitely be a good addition :) Shame it's such a long wait though.

thats quite an improvement. Looks nice. I hope theres a consistance standard to the visuals throughout.. Gears 2 seemed to look stunning in some levels, and adverage at best in others (particularly the opening level)

4Player co-op should be great..wonder if that will be splitscreen too

Recently loaded up gears 2 and it looks alot nicer than i remember but then again ive never seen it on my 40" hdtv before only a 22" hd monitor. Been reading the book Jacinto's Remnant which is like the 1st book ive read in 5years + (not a big book reader) and am really enjoying it and defo looking forward to how the events after are portrayed in this game. Highly looking forward towards it. Also feeling incredibly sorry for dom =(

Looks beautiful, big improvement from Gears of War 2. I especially like the vastly improved color palette. Nice!

troll academy? Dude, I played both games and I own both games. And yes, I dont like the character design for Gears 3. Any problem with that? Dominic looks like some random guy with beard. Without the tattoo you wouldn't even recognize him. And Marcus looks like a drug taking guy who has more brain in his arms than in his head.

Lighting is muchbetter than gears 2, and there also appears to be some nice cloth simulation with the flags. Pretty much improving on what they could. Im sure it will look fantastic as always in motion

The Locust Siegebeast looks crazy. The C.O.G Sliverback has detachable weapons and look like it could stand toe to toe with a berserker. This game will be complete and utter mayhem from start to finish.

Lighting looks really improved and it seems they've got a bit more tricks up their sleeves for textures this time around? Or maybe I'm just reading too much into the game's look based on these screens.
