Ubisoft releases three new images of Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway, nearly identical to the two previous series of screens. Seems like this game doesn't really want to come out either.
Looks like someone broke their photoshop. Come on, it's nice to have colour and all, and it's certainly a very tricky thing to have a large colour palette and for the graphics to still look good, Gears of War being the best example of how a limited palette looks good. This many colours though... this looks like LEGO World War 2.

Agreed. We FINALLY get a game with colors and people bitch about it. I'm not saying that it looks particularly good but it's WAY better than having a gray in gray tone color palette. IMO it's looking good, when you saw this in motion it looks even better (tho I'm not sure here because last time we saw it in motion is quite a log time ago).
Looking forward to this game. Graphically it's looking promising, however I want to see how it plays before I get it. CoD had extremly good controlls never played a BIA game, so I don't know.
They've been working on this game for what seems like forever now. I was excited about it, at one point, but give me a break guys. How long is going to take to just wrap it up and get it out the door?

Saturn had better colors than this game. This is just an atrocity. I hate grey / brown too, but are the artists in game design this pathetically blind?
Plus like others said, the graphics in these shots aren't a fraction as good as the old shots and movies. I wouldn't put it ahead of Gearbox, they're a very overrated developer, they did a horrible Halo 1 port to PC, and they released bullshots for the first BiH as well (one of the first real bullshotters that I remember).

I wouldn't put it ahead of Gearbox, they're a very overrated developer, they did a horrible Halo 1 port to PC, and they released bullshots for the first BiH as well (one of the first real bullshotters that I remember).

You mean the graphics look the same as the earliest shots? Nowhere near IMO, and that's even discounting the colors. The streets in those first shots and movies were nicely cracked and had way better texturing. The shadows and models have been downgraded severely. And those were supposed to be running on a 360, not like they can say 'oh that was the PC version'...
Looks pretty good, but I just got to say that the WW2 genre is getting a little old now. Not saying that we should forget that era but come on, there have been so many WW2 games. I say we need to stop focusing on the past, and start focusing on new genres and new ideas for games, something that is new and has surprises to offer. But those are just my two cents.
