Here is (finally !) a gameplay video of King Kong, developed by Ubisoft and based on Peter Jackson's next movie. It seems to be very much like the movie, with a very cinematic gameplay, but it will also certainly be quite linear. It worked for Call of Duty, so there is no reason why it shouldn't with such talented developers.

Hmm.. i like it! Looks like a lot of dynamic movement and gameplay going on. I think a lot of work was put into this game. I'm sure this was from the Xbox version, but games like this worry me for the 360. Your average parent or gamer is going to see King King for the system they already own(Xbox), and then they are going to see the SAME game for a system they would have to shell out $299 more for, AND the game costs 10 dollars more(59.99). Which do you think they are going to buy?? The 360 version certainly better be more visually stimulating, or it just won't be worth the extra money. This is a trend that i'm really worried will happen with many 360 games that are multiplatform, and it could really kill it.. I still think it is a huge mistake for MS to release the 360 so early. Sony's bull**** rumors, like adding more RAM, and having the more powerful hardware may just have an impact on an early 360 launch like it did the Dreamcast. And although MS is far from being a Sega, they are still not invulnerable to Sony's conniving marketing schemes.
