Here comes a new gameplay trailer of Middle-earth: Shadow of War which shows some of the vast environments within Middle-earth and beyond Mordor such as the Island of Nurn, Cirith Ungol, and Gorgoroth. Jump sindie to watch or downliad it in 4K. The game will be out on August 22 for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.

It looks both way more dense and larger scale than the first game. I hope this game is good

For a sequel unshackled by the previous gens limitations, this doesn't look a whole lot better than the first one. Which is weird.

I think its about what you would expect. It's got the GTAV thing going on, where the game looked good enough on previous gen, but got an environmental and lighting bump for the current gen and looked amazing for it.

This game looks ambitious, but I hope that doesn't bog down its design. Too many things to juggle and all that. Easy to drop the ball somewhere and bring everything else down with it. The first game got really tedious fast for me.

Visually its not a huge leap from the first game but its so much more ambitious in so many other areas that it makes sense. Also having all these complex AI systems must be super taxing on the cpu which is a weakspot on consoles

I played the first game for 80 hours and it was very repetitive so i really hope they designed this one better. The hard difficulty option is such a welcome feature too because the easy difficulty of the first game was ruining the Nemesis system. In shadow of mordor i would die purposefully for interesting things to happen

I feel the exact same way about the Destiny 2 trailer. Without the last gen consoles in the development pool, I would have expected it to be absolutely stunning looking, like the way something like Horizon Zero Dawn is as a current gen game.

Then again Xbox One is in that development pool so..................
