The last time we evoked MechWarrior 5, it must have been in 2009, but it turns out the franchise returned quite recently on the Epic Game Store with MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries. The game requires a bit of getting used to as it doesn't play like your standard FPS/TPS but it can count on a pretty solid fanbase. Ray Tracing was added after its launch though it does not appear in the graphics options and reflections are clearly not ray traced (the game uses screen space reflections), but the 3 DLSS solutions proposed (quality, balanced or performance) allow to enjoy a much smoother frame rate in 4K. Let us remind you that Piranha Games also evoked a possible Xbox One port.
