I hope we'll still be able to use weapons (such as pistol, assault and sniper rifles, machine gun etc.) at will, because it makes game easier and freer and I enjoy it so much.

Apparently not...just run over them. It never had a good fps mechanic, but was fun occasionally sliding across the ground firing a couple of rounds after just performing a few good melee takedowns. I Don't think there's the cartoon style boss fights either this time round. And apparently it switches to 3rd person when you do 'special moves'.
Loved the first...one of those rare games that just feels really nice to play. The prospect of having that fluid control over an open world is something i'm looking forward to. Not sure if they'll be co-op incorporated?
The video seems to have some weird stuttering that the Youtube version hasn't... for example at 1:11, when Faith is about to hit the wall. It seems to be missing a frame. There are more "jumps" in the video, but less apparent than this one. Any idea what's going on?
