I soooo hope they amp things up in MW2, MW1 was great for its time but i hope 2 increases the scope, after playing bfbc things just felt cramped when i went back to cod even in the "open" maps, but this was a hell of a tease
Yeah this is indeed going to be the biggest game of the year... hands-down..
I can't wait for Multiplayer but also single player mission as I really enjoyed COD4's story, it was a great pace and nicely done...
The thing about this game is Infinity ward's gaming engine is so good all they really needed to do was add new game play elements... COD4 to this day still impresses me on how good it looked. So with that being said, "Bring on E3 and MW2"... because I can't wait.
It would be nice though if they can add some new gameplay elements like an improved cover system (for ex. leaning against the wall instead of stepping behind it).
Am i the only one who stoped playing COD4-5 along time ago..... Point shoot point shoot..... And all you people die on your feet when you see what? lol
when it boils down to it halo 3 will always be the better game :P

I'm looking forward to the full reveal on the 24th, but I'm most interested in seeing the new multiplayer features. Just like COD4, I'm sure I won't even touch the campaign mode until after a few months of online play. All I can say is they better keep the game more realistic and mature for the violence like in COD5:WAW.
Yes this will be a great year for FPS freaks. I have no doubt that MW2 and BF:BC 2 will both turn out very good. The Sp in MW looks ace, and in a BF game noone gives a rats ass anyway.
Finally some arctic action! Sick of all the damn desert-wannabe-"terrorist plots.
Hopefully this will be about a REAL enemy, you know like an actual nation. Usa vs russia or something. The cold war? Har har..

I love snow levels...so atmospheric...how can you think snow is "bland", I just don't get that at all. I'll take a snowy setting over another "shades of brown" one any day. This game will most likely be amazing though and I agree the MP is great...

Nothing special to see (yet). I'm just not looking forward to a new COD. Every year a new one, is too much. We all know what is coming: short and small levels, completely scripted, linear as can be and the same multiplayer as always. For me to get excited for a new one, is if they show something new that is less scripted and less linear. But that's not going to happen. Maybe when they will decide to use a new engine (hopefully the CryEngine 3).
Yupp agreed. Imo EVERY CoD sucked in the SP department...
Everything is scripted, infinte amount of enemies if you don't move forward(which is the worst thing that you can put in a video-game).
I don't mind a good linear story mode myself. Personally I can't stand 95% of open world games because there is no detailed story and the lack of great water-cooler moments...

To each their own. I still play Halo 3, but I've played much more Call of Duty 4, because it's a much better game. It's only a few hours short of surpassing my total playtime in BF2, which is amazing. I can't wait.
Hmm, IW need to push the envelope with this one. I'm personally hoping for a lot better physics and AI this time round with some really clever scenarios. A Goldeneye-esque Facility type level would be fantastic, starting off all stealthy using gadgets, then all hell breaks loss in typical COD fashion.. Also, vehicles. Make it happen.
