New screenshots released by Capcom show the characters Jill (from Resident Evil) and Shuma-Gorath (from the Marvel comic series) in the upcoming fighting title Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds. Both characters will be available inside the Limited Edition, and will be held back as “playable DLC".

Can't wait to play as both. Jill's Flip-kick looks amasing on the 9'th screenshot.

haha, shuma ... so far there has been a great amount of old MvsC characters. that's a good thing i suppose. not sure at this point if i'm satisfied witht the choice though ... the sentinel for instance, awfully boring imo but on the other hand we still have Cap and Spidey :)

really eager to play this game. had lots of fun with this franchise on the dreamcast back in the days ...

We've known Jill and Shuma were in the game for months now waaay before they revealed Sentinel.

She's RE5 Jill, so is going to play like someone from the Matrix on crack. They've said she's pretty much the twitchiest/fastest character in the game as well. None of the characters so far have multiple outfits either, just re-texturings to give that appearance ie: symbiote spiderman, fantastic 4 she-hulk. So giving her the RE3 outfit might be a bit hard. Of course this is Capcom, so outfit dlc is a strong possibility.

If Frank West gets added as DLC he was supposed to have the zombie'esque type moves Jill had in MVC2. He was cut from the cast due to having trouble getting that much stuff on the screen and working at 60fps. Hopefully they've had some extra time to tune him up to be released in a couple months and not let the work they had on him go to waste.
