I looked at the shots. If that's what "nothing special at all" looks like on a game that had hundreds of on-screen characters and thousands of interactable objects, I'm not sure if anything will satisfy you trolls.
BTW, I'm barely interested in this game, I'm not affiliated with the developer and probably will never buy it (I'm over zombies), but I can at least be realistic about the assets I'm looking at.

This was one of the worse demo's of the xbox one tour for me.It looked liked someone turned up the sharpness to max and everything had a rough look to it.The demo essentially just let you run around in a somewhat confined space creating stuff and driving over zombies,i am sure it looks better now though,it has to.

Like how $50.00 DVD players upscale 720X480 to 1920X1080? Not quite sure if this is a good thing? The shots displayed are native 1080 while the game is native 720. Regardless I'm not quite sure this type of game would all a sudden be that much better at 1080P vs 720P given it is focusing on quantity of objects on screen over graphic whore territory.

Unfortunately, you may not have been around long enough to know who the top 5 circlejerkers on this site are (hint: just monitor the chat box for a day or two), so don't waste up all your good hatred just yet.
This game looks fun, and that is what gaming is supposed to be. Graphics are always the 'cherry' on top, gamers who miss that are usually pretentious twits.
Sadly, unless this comes out for PC I won't be able to enjoy it, which will be a shame.
Just about every site now has the PS fanboys running wild, Insecure bunch. Any Xbox One game gets shown off on Youtube they bombard it with hate. Bring back the old days when gaming was about playing games and having a laugh!

I'm convinced that Microsoft will turn back on their decision to keep this game as a XboxOne-for-life exclusive and port it for PC. It might be some months later like it could be years later, who knows.

Major flaw in that logic: there is a huge difference between someone who says something bad about 1 game and someone who consistently trolls every game for that console saying bad things while turning around and saying nothing but nice things about everything for the other system.
This site is full of trolls/fanboys like any other site, not worse but certainly getting bad. But that's the nature of console launches, the fanboys like Korndog and gangstarr always get even worse than normal.

You're wasting your efforts there, fella. People just love to cry and moan. It's getting much harder to please people these days. But then again, I still think Mario 64 still looks great.

Gamers actually play games instead of just mindlessly picking away at them on the internets? that does ring a bell...it's been so long.
The game looks impressive and importantly FUN (more than I can say for the majority of next gen titles). If I ever do play it I'm sure it wont be with my face 3 inches from the tv screen to care that its native res is 720p. A solid framerate with that many zombies on screen, in that size a world, is more than a decent compromise

Having played the first two games in the series, I know that the gameplay additions they've made are for the best. However I can still be disappointed by the lack of an upgrade on superior hardware. Stating one does not negate the other. The amount of zombies in the game don't do much for me, they had more than enough in the first two at times making it un-fun.

It's not like resolution is the only thing one can "upgrade". Polycounts are way higher, textures, dynamic shadows cast by every stinkin' zombie on screen, better lighting, better atmosphere more refined gameplay and a much larger, no-loading-time world- Yes Please :)
It's not about cheerleading. I used to prefer this site because it was more level-headed. A place I could escape most of the BS. I honestly just feel tired and frustrated instead of enjoying the community part of my favorite hobby.
That's not to say there aren't still some good people here, but man...
