New Flash player, the return

After many lost hours trying to understand what was going on it looks like we finally have stabilized the new flash video player enough to put it back online. I'm counting on you guys to tell us if anything is wrong, especially if you use the Wii or PS3 browsers. Also worth mentioning, users stuck with Flash 7/8 should still have the old player instead of the new one.
If everything goes well I'll be able to have some better quality streaming videos available using the new player, so this test is very important.

Cool, We'll test it out. Now, it would be a good idea for these kind of news to have links directly to a couple of streams :D

Works fine here under Ubuntu 7.04 and latest Flash available.

Although it STILL takes WAY too long to load (like 10min for a small video). Until that gets fixed, I'm afraid it's rather unusable for me.

I've never noticed any issues, but as shook mentioned an HD stream would be perfect.

Oh yes the flash player seems much faster for downloading the stream if you ask me, I'm on my PC and the flash player seems to download quicker.... and speaking of flash do you know that you can do HD with about the same bandwidth using flash.

HD would be Amazing with the new flash player

I just tested it out using the PS3 browser (what I always use to surf the net with @ home) and the flash player works beautifully!
Now I'll just save the glorious High-def .mp4 videos for really awesome trailers and videos like Metal Gear Solid 4. ;)

@Snoopers: I'm thinking this could be some sort of bug associated to my system, then, if I'm the only one having such issue. I'm on cable (2mbps/600kbps), it shouldn't be lagging that badly to watch a video on small res, since otherwise my connection speed is fine (250KB/s on bittorrent, for instance).

Front page and videos work great, but as soon as i try to any where else, ie forums, it signs me out.
