Xbox 360

Bizarre Creations put online a new studio update, showing this brand new screenshot of PGR4, from a mysterious city.
Update: Bizarre also put online a a page showcasing the weather system with lots of small images I've captured for your browsing pleasure.
Update2: It seems like the mysterious city is Macau, according to our friend maskrider.

That's very nice... but I remember a very similar image shown of the New York level way before PGR3 came out and... well- although beautiful- PGR3 didn't turn out NEAR that level of detail. So to this image- I'll say 'We'll see' and leave it at that.

Yeh PGR3 ones where all photomode shots, but one of the Bizarre Devs said they havent even implemented a photomode in PGR4 yet. So I'm fully expecting this to be 'real'.

Very good!

PGR3 is very detailed, but in motion everything falls apart (bad af, texture streaming, resolution, motion blur etc).

Looks stunning. So much detail. I was amazed of detail in PGR3, sometimes I just drove around cities and took pictures. Can't wait to test all the different weather conditions.

Few games make me excited to the point of pre-sex feelings.. but PGR always does. I'm starting to believe it's really one of my favourite franchises ever. :O

Weather system gives variation, but it probably is not so fun to drive in foggy or fade coloured environments.

No way! It all fell apart in motion ;)

PGR3 is still one of the better looking 360 games imo -- it's amazing how well it holds up after all this time. Gotham 4 won't disappoint.

I disagree PGR3 looks awful on a HD t.v. textures where great once they loaded in, but the resolution and up scaling was one of my biggest gripes with the 360 when it was released. I'll wait till a demo or a rent before I buy another bizarre game.

Sure there is jaggies but I didn't notice them when I was racing. Probably I was too concentrated to keep my car in the track :p

These screens are forcing me to play PGR3 tomorrow.

Yes! And if they are going to include that new "vehicle type" that magazine talked about a long time ago, I'm really hoping they can match the feel of the cars. And it seems like the game will indeed come out this year. :D *fingers crossed*

Yeah, I think it's sorta obvious that the image quality could use some work.. but every other detail is pretty stunning still. I think it's a pretty game.. and I've never played it on an SD display.
