Ashen was finally released something like a week ago and we couldn't wait anymore to be sent a review code, so we put our money down and purchased the PC version on the brand new Epic Store. Here are a few gameplay videos of the beginning of the game.

Speaking of that souls spirit Below just came out as well. Cross that with Zelda, I'm loving it.

exactly my thoughts! This game is absolutely amazing. The souls combat formula but with much more interesting artistic touches for a very stunning atmosphere. This and below and GRIS have been amazing. Such a fantastic weekend for indie games!

Well i didn't say it might not be a good game if you see it individually but it blatantly tries to copy Souls and obviously fails in that regard

seems like it's pretty successful at copying the souls games to me. it's just stylistically a lot more interesting imo.

i mean, i see the argument that being SO much like souls does result in it not having much of an identity of it's own outside of it's beautiful visuals, but i'm personally ok with that!

honestly it's the first game in what...2 years now that could make me dust off my xbox.

Well I have the one X so multiplats look far superior and forza horizon 4 is one of the best racing games ever
