It depends on the tracks or even the servers you play on, there's a lot of maps, of all types.
Theses videos were captured on a "full speed" server, so every map is really fast and there is no need to brake most of the time, just aim right and have a good timing in turns.
Maybe I'm just getting old but I always prefer medium paced races. For instance in something like Forza I'd rather race C or B class than A or S. I just enjoy cruising along I guess, or maybe it feels closer to the cars I drive in real life.
