F1 2017 is available since a few days on Xbox One, Playstation 4 and PC. We'll cover the release on the three platforms but to begin here are some videos of the Xbox One version, played with a wheel (Thrustmaster TX + F1 add-on). Note: motion blur is disabled in these videos.

IM eager to see this in native 4k on Xbox one x. Digital foundary said it looks amazing on the one x. Pretty impressed so far with how much DF has been praising the one x. Game got rave reviews too so all the better.

DF said the *image quality* looked amazing in this game, not that the game looked amazing. Image quality does not make up a good looking game. The graphics are terrible in the above videos, and no matter how much horsepower you throw behind them, you can tell there's things that are seriously just engine or implementation limitations. You can use 8K textures but there are textures seams it looks like a joke. A terribly lit track look the same regardless of image quality.

CS used to put time on graphics back in the day, nowadays they don't give a damn.
