Nice to see they've got with the times visually. Looks like the framerate is suffering for it tho, but hopefully that's down to the alpha code. Sadly it's a sequel to a game i thought was shit, so it doesnt change anything for me. No sale.

It had its problems but it was far from shit IMO.
There is no other game in the market right now that makes you feel as powerfull as you feel your character in Prototype.

They just have to balance it a little better and make some of the sidemissions not too hard to play and thats it.

guy has to fight the good fight. don't even bother.
Prototype 1 was awesome but had its issues such as controls, sidemissions being boring, it was just mindless destruction.
Prototype 2 looks visually much better, you can quickchange from two powers now, and they still kept the godly powers which I have yet to see in any game (inFamous has potential but the devs is not thinking exageration which sucks).
I will definitely get this because its the only "super hero" that makes you feel like a true badass with powers.

The side missions wernt hard to play, just boring and repetative. They have to fix a LOT for me to even consider renting this one. Less is more. If they focused MORE on LESS powers it would make for a much more focused, better game. But instead they pile abilities on you and the game feels shallow clumsy and unfocused because of it. First game was one of the worst open world games i've played. Sits right alongside spiderman 3 imo
