I'm not really expecting much, but i am a consumer whore and i love splatter house so i will, at some point when my economy isn't as laughable as it currently is, buy it.

Care to give some impressions on the combat department when you get it?
From the Quick Look, the game can get tough and there are a lot of moves to unlock. If you like gore (me), it might make up for the ho-hum enemies and design. Looks like an above average brawler, and the Mask commentary reminds me of THE DARKNESS, which is never a bad thing :)
I wish Rick had looked a bit more like he did back in teh day, like a little more normal amd then get buffed up when using the masks power (like in Splatterhouse 3. Also that chain in his pants really hurts my eyes :)
The monsters feel a little bit less fucked up in this game as well, a bit more run of the mill so to speak. Where is the hanged baby featus to chainsaw? Where is that dude you punch teh head off of that still keeps fighting? Or those fat sacs of crap that are basically just a huge maw with teeth and a blabby huge belly?
