System Shock Remastered: Pre-Alpha Gameplay

Last September, an Enhanced Edition of the classic cyberpunk title released but now a full remake is on the horizon as we learned it in November. Night Dive Studios has been in contact with some members of the original team to preserve the spirit of the original. Now you can get a look at this Unity-powered remastered version with the first pre-alpha gameplay footage that surfaced last week, but here today in a better quality thanks to the studio. System Shock Remastered has no release date yet but don't expect it to launch this year.

Looks so gorgeous! :D It seems the latest iteration of Unity really paid off in terms of technologies. I love the graphics, judging from which, Night Dive must have spared no efforts in making it.

Are you being sarcastic now? The textures make minecraft look high res. Sure sure, it's pre-alpha and what not.

holy boxy environments batman. i'm getting halo CE remake vibes. where they've clearly put a lot of effort re-doing assets, but because they have to maintain environment geometry, it still looks really empty and shit...saying that...i'd still play it. although i'm much more interested in the prospect of a system shock 2 remake.

It doesn't looks amazing, but honestly I was expecting a very crappy up-ressed release, this is not bad at all.
