Xbox 360

A lot of people asked me to do another video of [eM] -eNCHANT arM-, so here it is. This shows what happens before the fight with the Queen of Ice: Room geometry changing in a real time cinematics, buying a new Golem, and fight against a rather big boss.

Yes, I'm definitely more interested in Blue Dragon than eM. The Japanese TV ads made me even more so.

Man you are the man blim... these videos are helping me cope with the fact that I don't have this game yet. Also guys according to gamestop enchant arm and blue dragon (usa versions) will be ready for shipping on the 1st of february I even called up and someone said yes, but I'm not sure how that can be true because I've heard nothing about this stuff.

Can't wait for both all of sakaguchi's games and this one. Ninety nine nights i'll be getting as well :)

Blim how you liking the game so far? I know ask this quite alot, but i'm so interested in this game that I'm extremely eager to find out what people that own the game think of it.

Gamestop is full of shit. Sorry.
It doesn't mean that eM won't be released in the US ever, but a february release is just ludicrous. And I won't even mention Blue Dragon.

Haha not quite sure. I'm a bit lenient I'd say it takes alot to convince me a certain game isn't good and even regardless how bad it might seem currently I always reserve a final judgement till the game actually comes out and is a finished product.

For one frame city killer I think come release that game is going to surprise alot of people in the gameplay department and especially in the graphics department (considering how subpar it looks currently)

Back on topic though this game is just beautiful I just love how all the spells look when you are using em and I love the battle system. This is one of the games where that'll make me ignore whatever the battle system is like simply because I like the look of the game and where the story is headed. Great video Blim I can't wait to get my hands on this game.

Based on when the usa is getting kingdom hearts II I'm going to guess (if they have plans on bringing this game to the usa) then it'll make its way to the usa possibly sometime march or april. Latest it can hit the usa in my opinion is about may.

The entire game is on one single disc.

Sick loving the details on those stairs :)

I'm not a lover of 'turn based RPG's'! But this looks a polished product and just
what the 360 needs in Japan.
Does anyone know what score Famitsu gave it?

Famitsu Weekly gave it a 29/40, and Famitsu Xbox a 33.

I'm going to go ahead and guess that famitsu weekly didn't play the game enough to know just how good a game it truly is because alot of people say the game starts out holding your hand quite a bit then gets much better later on.

Who knows maybe they also don't have a particular liking for the grid style battle system. I think this game if it comes to the usa and they play through the thing enough without giving up on it early then they'll probably give this bad boy a pretty damn good score.

Maybe they don't like how you are buying golems. They probably would've liked for you to find out some information regarding more powerful golems and then you'd get the materials needed to make it, but for all I know (since I don't understand japanese) Alot of people around could be dropping hints about rumors they heard about a pretty tough golem that is created with the following materials etc.

I hope for the sake of this game that its only easy to get the weaker golems, but as you go on it becomes increasingly more difficult to get access to a golem like otogi or the more powerful ones that are present in this game.

Man imagine how sick it'd be to fight in this guys transformed state the part where the girl was touching his wings or armor then she just disappeared. With only his right arm transformed this guy was unleashing a massive amount of damage. Isn't there a ninja in this game as well???

can't say much for grid, but turnbased combat can be really fun.
I have fond memories of playing PhantasyStar2 with my brother for hours on end.
We would calculate each and every combat move together, and take turns on the adventure part...

Man, that was fun.
We were giddy little dudes back then.

You haven't plahyed it either and for whatever reason (maybe because it's an RPG) you're waving the eM flag around, singing its praises from the highest mountain.
I like you also love RPGs and I have been waiting for a very long time for something original to come out and rekindle my interest in the genre, something that doesn't include a reluctant spikey haired hero.

Cust: When is EM coming out in the US?
Gamestop: February.
Cust: Really? That soon?
Gamestop: Yeah, wanna put a pre-order on it? It'll sell fast. It's only $5 and goes toward the purchase.
Cust: OK, sure.

February 2006
Gamestop on the phone with customer.

Gamestop: We're sorry but the game has been pushed back to March.
Cust: Ok

March 2006
Same as above but replace March with June.

June 2006
Gamestop: We're not sure if this game is making a stateside release. If you want, you can stop by for the refund.
Cust: Damn I'll never buy anything from gamestop again.
