So many games give you different paths or ways to complete a mission but rarely they manage to make every path feel awesome. Im glad they addressed that in the video.

Yeah, i was hoping for a few more new scenes. I like that they have a bit of an ego, though you gotta to be careful not to sound too cocky and always deliver what you promise.
Well, it looks amazing. But no new footage of gameplay or behind the scenes footage. So, the only thing I hear is: 'we are awesome'
And they are.
after U3 and the stupidly spoilerific way they promoted that (they showed every single set peice)...i don't want to see anything else really. i'm liking the little 3 second snippets of new gameplay though. i'm sure their proper making of will be far more spoilerific.

Haven't seen a Naughty Dog game that doesn't play good, so it's a pretty safe bet. These guys have been on a roll lately. If you've any reason to doubt, say it. Otherwise, give them the benefit of the doubt. They're not Ubisoft.

No reason to doubt, it's just that I think it pointless to wank over a game and claim it has no peers because it looks good. That being said, how it looks is one of the reasons why I want to play it myself, but I'm not expecting it to be the greatest game ever made or anything.

Naughty Dog has never let me down on the gameplay department. So I assume their mark of excellence shall continue with this 4th and final installment of it's Uncharted series.

uncharted has always been like that, same with last of us really. they've always had a bright stylised look, and i think it's what lets them avoid the uncanny vally. pretty sure i read ND hand paint all their textures too which probably helps.

They definitely don't hand paint them, they use Substance Painter which helps them have a lot of control over the textures though, so it's close. But they also use it to fill and do weathering and the like if I had to guess, I can't see them using something like Substance just to paint on a model.
