Sony just announced that Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves will come out on Playstation 5 on January 28 and will feature three graphics modes (Fidelity in native 4K but running at 30 fps, Performance at 60 fps and Performance + at 120 fps but a 1080p resolution), optimized visuals, 3D audio, faster loadings and full DualSense support. The collection will cost you $49.99/€49.99 but if you already own the PS4 versions of Uncharted 4 and The Lost Legacy, you'll only have to pay $10/€10 to get the upgrade. Note that this offer only works if you originally purchased the to games, so the UC4 PS+ version won't do it.
