I'd say, wow much more interesting and promising than Watch_Dogs (that I didn't really like despite some good and new ideas gameplay-wise). Of course, most people will just follow the flow and bash the game because it's Ubisoft. :)

I liked a lot of the new elements in Watch Dogs 2, they seemed like fun. But there were also a lot of cringe moments as well, so for me it's a mixed bag right now.
In a lot of moments the game reminded me of Grand Theft Auto 5, which isn't a bad thing, but does show a lack of originality and creativity in some regards. Then you have things like that new weapon and those new remote controlled vehicles that show originality and creativity.
I think Watch Dogs 2 might be a game of opposites, good and bad at the same measure without one being too much over the other - like Watch Dogs 1.
Hopefully the gameplay demo at Ubisoft's E3 press conference shows more of the best things in the game.

Provided the handling of the vehicles is finally done well (and I don't consider that GTA V shone in that respect), there seems to be a lot more interactions with the game world than in any GTA. The shooting mechanics of the first game were also much better than anything Rockstar has ever done, it was not the best TPS ever, but to me GTA and RDR were really lacking when it came to gunfights. Like I said, I didn't really like Watch_Dogs and I clearly prefer GTA V, but quite honestly, in terms of pure gameplay mechanics, WD tried more new things than GTA. From what I have seen of WD2, I am now interested, which is a surprise as I didn't really care for a sequel up until now. I'm still wary, but they got my attention (despite the horrible gangsta atmosphere - something I couldn't stand in GTA SA :p).
I struggle to get excited about Ubitsoft games and it's odd because when they come out I always enjoy them I guess all their games feel samey these days and that's why.
Red dead had the best shooting for me because of the enemy hit reactions. You could shoot their arms to disarm them, shoot their legs and they limb etc. I wish more shooters would do that
