GSY Review PC

After completing En Garde! we can say the way Fireplace Games managed to pay tribute to swashbuckler movies is quite impressive. Pretty much everything you have seen in films you can do in the game as it makes using its environment key to defeat the many waves of different enemies you encounter. We love the game's art style too, though it's not there's a clear lack of variety in terms of scenery. The main problem of the game is that it's short, four levels only (including the one that was featured in the Steam demo - though the final version includes an extended version of it). When you finish the game, you unlock an Arena mode which lets you improve your skills in different scenarios. As a result of its short length maybe, it's also a pretty challenging game even in normal mode. Be ready to suffer greatly against your opponents as some of them allow no dodge or parry failure if you intend to even touch them. Don't worry though, if you get stuck and can't defeat your foes, you can opt for the Invincibility mode in the option menu. All in all, this is a really fun game to play despite a few shortcomings, so check out our gameplay video. For now, the game only comes out on PC but it's more than likely that it will reach consoles too.

Loakum Ugh….scratch that previous comment. The upcoming Game of Thrones video game is a F’in mobile phone game. Why can’t they came an open world GoT game, like Witcher 3 or God of War? (7 Weeks ago)
