It's been some time since TTP sent us any new video, but as usual when he gets something, it's awesome! 3 HD 60 fps videos from the preview build of Wipeout HD, and more to come. Yes, this guy is great!
It's also important to note that the slight slowdowns and tearing you'll see in these videos will be fixed (according to Sony) in the final build of the game.

Blim, Your "Server 9" seems to be going very slow as of late. My downloads tend to get cancel out after a while using that one.

The Anulpha Pass video featured one of the most uninspiring tracks I've ever seen in a videogame. I've experienced better on the PSOne. How do the other two fare?

I thought that was amazing It looks great to play reminds me of when I first got wipeout on the psx 1 I wish there was an option to play some of the old tunes from wipeout 1

I'm really torn. I love Wipeout, but I want a real sequel. If I *know* that one is coming, I probably won't buy this game maybe. But then again, I may just fold.. because Wipeout rules.

mmm...not sure if I’m convinced by the new gameplay footage. At least Wipeout Pure and Pulse tried to remain faithful to the original physics and feel to the game, but these gameplay movies remind me a bit too much of Wipeout Fusion!

Whats with the stupid and overly distracting shaky HUD? – its like the camera from NYPD Blue! And the nauseating acceleration effect when the ship goes over the speed up pads? – whats the point of the beautiful HD scenery if its going to be blurred every few seconds. Also the ship is far too big relative to the track.

I was really looking forward to this game in full HD glory – and it looked stunning in the promo footage - but once again Studio Liverpool have tinkered with the formula too much and spoilt what should be the definitive Wipeout edition for the fans that loved the original game so much.
