I'm fairly certain these are in-game. One of the old trailers even said "generated by 360's real-time graphics" and the scene in the second picture started up.
This trailer is very cool and it's definitely not 100% CGI. Gonna be a mature game but still cartoony enough to make us happy, kind of like Kingdom Hearts, even the music.
I think it's pretty clear which parts are and are not pre-rendered CG.
I wish they showed more of the in-game animations for the monsters that were displayed at TGS2006. I thought that the way the robots popped and bounced was pretty charming, but maybe that was just me.
While I think I can get used to the cutesy style of the graphics, I do not think I'll ever get over the font in the logo. Oog.
Ok ok, after i searched a little bit in the web, i must say that this must a false information, that i have read before. I thought that would be true and therefore the play impressed me. But the Game is great also with CG Graphics.

Actually alot of it isn't prerendered. For instance, the bit where there all bring out their dragons is cleary realtime. In fact, they interspersed lots of realtime stuff in and out of the trailer. Don't be fooled by a little bit of post processing. For instance these is real time.

Lumzi I don't believe that fourth or third one is ingame the fourth one especially due to how nicely her hair flopped. If its that perfect in this game I'll be in shock. Yea there are more than just the one part with the water that is ingame, but it would be too time consuming to go through it (maybe not) :D

Yah, it is. You can even see the sprite trees in the background. After seeing how the hair moves in Lost Odyssey why should this be surprising?

I've seen the game running on a 20 meters screens, and I know what to look for in CG or in realtime cutscenes. When I say it's all CG, I mean it.
I'll freely admit I was wrong if part of this was realtime. We'll know in a few weeks I guess :)
