Have to say this ones looking quite good from the previous trailers!

Love the CG trailer, and this trailer...however, some of the moves they took out from different hack and slash games.

Charging shuriken - NG2
Brutal spin sword attack - DMC4/Dante
Shadow wings - Heavenly Sword final fight with Bohan
Grabbing flying enemies and chop them up and continue - God of War
...maybe even more moves that I don't know of.

I thought the walkthrough was decent good, I want more western design and art in these type of games but the thing is...westerns can't do these type of games good in the combat department unlike the Japanese devs.

I am surprised GOW came out the way it did, its good for mindless hack and slash with great production value in the rest.

But this one, I love the art and the whole demons and angels, hell and heaven concept.

And the idea of "free roaming" to different location in any given time...like the new Prince of Persia is good, and the extra in-depth features like adding various augments to the weapons and armor...etc.

But, I read this game is coming out in August, and I also know NGS2 is coming out this year (top priority for me) and AC2 suppose to come out in christmas.

I don't have alot of money to buy alot of games (need a damn job ASAP), but if I ever got the chance to have enough money to buy these games without worrying about my top games on my list, I might consider this title.

But then again, there is also Dante's Inferno that I am very interested in to see how that works out in gameplay because thats also in heaven and hell concept which I LOVE!

PS. Hit detection doesn't seem to look good at times.

Day one for sure,Ive been waiting for this game since it was announce.
It looks magnificient a mix of Zelda/Metroid with some combat like GoW whats not to like plus you are frikin Horsemen godammit I want this game now,my most anticipated game of the year.

Also the Watcher its voiced by Mark Hamill thats a plus right there I think this will be a hit,hopefully so we can have some sequels.

Yes everytime Vigil update with some images or videos the game looks more polished and more pretty,it will be a great start of 2010 with this game.

I absolutely love the art and the whole concept of the game, and this cinematic is so amazing. Has that World of Warcraft/Starcraft 2 level of CG which is amazing.

That Cinematic I think is one of the best Ive seen ever.

It was just so badass and the way Ruin comes out of the ground I mean just to EPIC!

And that worm is goin down, War its pissed and everyone on there should be running because the most badass Horsemen is seeking vengeance.

I think the exact opposite I love War design,I think he fits with the world Joe Mad created around him,he fits that world perfectly and he looks like I think a Horsemen should look like if it was made from a guy with a comic background,absolutly badass IMO.

Looks very very good.
I like the RPG aspect of it, the whole explore, find items and weapons and modification and modify your armor and weapons...etc. very nice.

I will consider it, kind of reminds me of NG1 were exploration was a pretty big part of the game as much as combat was, samething with upgrading and item add ons.

Speaking of combat, it seems to be good enough from what I saw, but need more recent videos, and demo :P

Its all good, I have it on my "watchlist" for more stuff.

Oh Im glad you are considering Darksiders Sath,it indeed looks very awesome,honestly between this and Bayonetta its all I need for next year.

Bayonetta will be my action game and possibly my favorite game ever and Darksiders will be my Zelda game for this gen I always wanted so imagine my excitement.

Well I love action adventure games alot, and I am glad Darksiders is trying to go for epxlorations, RPG elements with a good and easy combat system, should be fun.
I also LOVE, ALOT, the concept of Darksiders, the hell vs heaven, demons vs angels stuff, and the CG, probably the best I have seen and it already has a great story and awesome voice acting, and probably the music as well.

I just hope this "feeling" doesnt stop when it comes out, then I have to waste more money *sigh*

I just love the fact that in this game it maybe some puzzles that you will solve in a Godforsaken dungeon all by yourself with the company of the music of the game alone and maybe Ruin your horse,like that feelin in OoT when you are in the water temple for example all confused with absolutly no idea where to go next I love that feeling in games,where the combat its such a small part of it,although Vigil Games said the combat in this game will take a big part tough its not the focus of the game and Im glad.

You know you want some kick ass exploration through some dungeons play Darksiders and if you want the best of the best in combat fast and vicious play NGS2 or Bayonetta.

Anyways, yes I do agree about a good mix of exploration, RPG elements and good enough combat would be good, but that doesnt mean its automically good.
Like they say "good on paper but hard to do" so, I am skeptical, but in a good way.

Thats why i wont push the title away because it has my interest alot, but for my own sake and money, I am just gonna follow the game and see what happens.

Nice way of thinking there I must say,that way we are not too disapointed if a game doesnt live up to expectations.

I will buy it even if its not too good,Ive been waiting for this game for years literally and no review will make me not buy it,and the fact that its looking better and better adds to the good feeling about it.

I hope for a demo though,demos do wonders for a game and viceversa in the case for example of Bayonetta the demo make me go from looks awesome a game of Kamiya cant go wrong I will buy it to OMFG this will be my favorite game ever, Kamiya = God.
