Itagaki listens to the fans he did so many things suggested. Gave us some new sound affects for certain things, adjusted and fine tuned the gameplay. Toned down the strength of certain attacks, made things harder so certain moves (if the first hit connects) aren't guaranteed.

Made certain moves no longer a launcher the works man this guy is truly dedicated!

Fixed some bad looking animations to make everything look more flawless.

ALOT of amazing tweaks. With them capable of doing all this stuff I wonder if he could also mess with the graphics if he wanted to? (Doesn't seem impossible as he's messing with practically every aspect of the game via xbox live) This is the main developer so far that has been taking advantage of xbox live in a major way.

Itagaki is the man can't wait to see what he has in store for ninja gaiden. I mean the game is already out and he's STILL doing months of fine tuning for us.

The only graphical updates will be costumes I would imagine.

People will probably complain about the tweaking but its exactly what happens to arcade based fighting games anyway, the number of revisions of each VF and Tekken game would surprise a lot of people.

I doubt it... instead of fixing this he should throw that volley ball game in the trash and start on NG2 ...

I disagree 100% they are doing the volleyball game, but are obviously working on ninja gaiden as well. I prefer things be this way so ninja gaiden end up being the truly killer game we all expect it to be there is no room for a disappointment and I'm itagaki and the rest of his team knows that. I wouldn't have very high hopes for ninja gaiden if it was the next title he planned to have released. As a matter of fact I don't even expect ninja gaiden to be the next game he works on for the 360. It will most likely be code cronus.

Let them get a few games under their belt and learn the 360 inside and out and THEN do a Ninja Gaiden game. It will be that much better for it.

Agreed they are smart guys they know exactly what they are doing. There will be 2 more games from team ninja before ninja gaiden 2 (possibly 3)
