Loakum Ugh….scratch that previous comment. The upcoming Game of Thrones video game is a F’in mobile phone game. Why can’t they came an open world GoT game, like Witcher 3 or God of War? (> 3 Months ago)
Loakum By FAR, the upcoming Game of Thrones King’s Road was the Game of the Show! It plays like God of War Ragnarok! :) (> 3 Months ago)

I noticed the console captures of crysis 3 from the other day were labeled as 60fps clips. i thought this was strange, but the clips looked relatively normal, so i figured this was just some quirk and that, if they were 60fps clips, all the frames were just doubled up from the capture. but i've been watching the pc captures tonight, which are also 60fps, and things look off. a lot of it's in the way the player camera/perspective is moving and it's got what i'd consider the unmistakable earmarks of frame interpolation. i'm not accusing site staff of deception; it's just really odd and i can't explain why it looks the way it does otherwise. am i imagining things? could it just be the frame rate in concert with crytek's motion blur? i don't know. i know what native 60fps looks like. these clips look processed in the way automotion plus television does, which, even when it's turning source material into an approximate 60fps or 120fps display, has a distinctly different look than material actually shot at those frame rates.
thanks
