Yea that is the PC version for sure. I don't know about the PS4 version, it was shown at e3 and it was running at 15 frames per second!?

Even AC3 ran like ass on top of the line rigs

All the footage of AC BF shown so far has been the PS4 and it's smooth.

Xboxone will have trouble, does not have enough enough grunt, gpu wise and compute wise.

According to Digitalfoundry, the PS4 E3 demo ran around 30 fps.

Our early analysis based on the presentation given at the Sony E3 presentation gives a result that appears locked for the most part in the 30fps range, with absolutely no tearing.

btw dev just said PS360 will be 30 FPS while the PS4 and Xbo will run @ 60 FPS! HOLY FUCK!

and Browne notes the obvious performance improvements: current-gen SKUs will be 30FPS, while the Xbox One and PS4 versions will be 60FPS “at a much higher resolution”.

I can confirm that he works for Ubisoft as a developer. 100% certain this dude is the real deal :)
