I finished it yesterday as well. Tried fighting Rodin after that but man...i don't see how he's even possible to beat :)

Indeed Simon, indeed. What made my head explode is that end where u had to kick that incredible final boss into its doom and then BIG BANG splashes on the screen - cream ur damn pants RIGHT THERE!!!! :D

Megido: Ah, yeah I gotta dig into all the unlocked stuff in a bit. :) For now I have stuff I gotta write and draw and do and... prolly eat something aswell.

I will put easily I think 100 hours in this game so far Im at the 50 hour mark and Im only in the middle of my hard run

I clocked in at 18 hours total, but i don't think i'll bother with Hard. Normal was enough :P

Yeah I'm gonna play this until my arms fall off too I think. It's so amazing when you ultimately toy with enemies that totally raped you when you started playing, and it's so rewarding when you feel them pushing you, and you're finally able to push back.. and then you can push back without breaking a sweat - although breakdancing a whole lot on top of their heads in the process. :D

So yeah, will be seeking out hard eventually for sure.

I think the fights that I love the most are the ones enemies that parry back,you see I play now using the moon almost always in fact I think it was a long time ago that I saw a WT triggered,incoming attack and that attack gets parried and when the frikin enemy block an attack made by me and the proced to attack me only to be blocked by me meanwhile I was thinking how to aproach the second time its priceless.

When Im fighting Gracious & Glorious gets insane, and now in hard its like gaming heaven for me because there is a lot of Joys and Grace and Glorys everywhere that every fight turns in a freaking battle of epic proportions with visual effects and combos flying everywhere that, and Im being honest here for every fight I win I feel like if I just finished the game.

And that feeling IMO its what Mr kamiya intended when he designed this game " CLIMAX" in every battle!!!!!

Oh God I truly love this game so much!!!

Oh, so they actually throw more enemies at you on harder settings aswell? Because I did feel sometimes that fights were over just as I really was getting into them properly. That's awesome if they actually fill up encounters more and give you more resistant enemies to fight.

Right now on hard you fight G&G and Joys instead of regular angels almost every encounter,also the very first encounter in the game in hard are G&G so talk about jump in difficulty.

Finished hard,and unlocked bazillions and that frikin weapon its so amazing and fun to use I imediatly fall in love with them.

The lasers looks awesome and doing Dodge Offset with them looks fantastic.

And now to NSIC :)

And after that its all over again but with Jeanne

I have a good 50 more hours of fun with thsi masterpiece and it continues to give me reasons to love to game more easily and without a doubt my favorite game ever.

Why is there an option to invert controls if it doesn't work? I just struggled through the part in the skyscraper where you're manning the cannons to shoot at the noodly-armed guy, and because the invert wasn't working, it was a lot more frustrating than it should have been.

That said, it's the only gameplay complaint I've had so far. If NG3 ever gets made, I'd love for it to have its own version of bullet time activated in much the same way. That shit's rad.

You can invert them,in the controls menu you switch what controls you want to invert so if you want to invert the canons ones you put the little canon and invert, for the rocket level you put the little rocket and invert it.

Huh? What do you mean by "you put the little canon?" I'll go take a look. All I remember seeing before were four options: invert X in 3rd person, Y in 3rd person, X in first, and Y in first.

Not there,when you go to invert controls you will see a little canon similar to the one you operate in that section the same with the rocket level,its this little icons a little rocket and a little canon.

Like Menu ->controls->change from the 360 controller to the little icon ->Invert.

Now that I remember I think you need to press Y only to invert them,set the little icon and press Y

I reached Chapter 6 in Climax,having a little trouble with multiple Joys but nothing I cant handle so far its been a blast thsi difficulty,not be able to WT gives a new meaning to the game,you have to think fast,act fast,and be more vicious.

Im on CH7 now,going against Temperantia :)

I understimated Climax or it got a little harder now,the previous 2 chapters were a pain in the ass,they were hard to say the least and I died like 3 times in each and in the chapter 6 I was eating lollypops like crazy :/

Need to up my game those G&G with one combo takes away like one and a half life bar damn it!!

I read some interesting scary things about him,I will beat him though with time :)

Now Im on Ch12 and got to say its been a blast Climax Difficulty,some serious challenges with almost all the enemies,the start of Ch 8 was vicious and hard.

Tonight Climax will be mine,cant wait to start all over with Jeanne!!!

Yeah Father Rodin is really, really, really hard. I still haven't beaten him yet. But that's good as I want something to comeback to thats challenging. Yeah climax mode is really good once you settle in to the difficulty. The amount of times I died in that difficulty was unreal. The only pure platinum I earn'ed in that on my first playthough was on the CH4, the two headed boss.

I'm just on CH14 in my first Hard run through for Jeanne. I wanna unlock all the item for her and make her equal to bayo in terms of equipment.

Thats exactly what I want to do with Jeanne,I will see if I can get all by memory if not I will have to do it with a guide again *shrugs!

I kinda wnjoy Jeanne more though,dont get me wrong I love playing with Bayo but as I dont play that much relying in WT Jeanne fits my needs more and the fact that I think she is a little more powerfull and fast,not to mention she looks good in her costumes

Yeah I know all of them off by heart now. Jeanne is 1.5x powerful in witch weaves, She has infinite dodges as you know and does move faster, but only slightly.
I also wanna get her original white costume with the eye mask. It's called the Cutie J I think? You know what it takes to unlock her original costume?
