But the design of the main character is bad.
I am trying to look pass all the bad, but considering DMC had good design before I don't understand who in their right mind said this was good :S

And from those screens on the other page it looks mindblowingly good visually anyway, especially the screen with the god chasing her up the steps.
You seem to be one of those people that wants ever Japanese game to be more western, if you don't like JP games don't play them.

But the only tihng I commented at with this game was the main character, not the environment or enemies..etc.
That and last time I checked I like Japanese games, NG and DMC have so far been the only ones I care about because because the characters don't have your typical metrosexual guys as main characters (Lost Odyssey, Final Fantasy...I can go on).
I never said I don't like JP games, so don't put words in my words when I haven't said them.
The only Japanese games I will EVER play is 3rd person shooters (Resident Evil, Lost Planet, MGS even though its stealth game as well) and 3rd person action games such as DMC and Ninja Gaiden, thats it.
NG has pretty strong anime inspired art to it, same goes with DMC, so whats your point.
Some people appreciate good fine art in a game as well as gameplay, but we aren't talking about gameplay now are we?
I said I am sure the gameplay will be your typical stylish fast paced DMC gameplay, which again, I really like.
The only thing I said I don't like is how the main character looks like.

Imagine doing awesome flips and starts shooting like in circles and blowing the enemies heads off with the guns on the legs...would be a pretty nice move.

Since 6707 DaysThe reason why I think your reasoning is flawed is because you will no doubt gladly play Gears which has some of the ugliest looking characters around without giving it a second thought.
My point is that if the character was male you wouldn't care so much about how they looked.
