Ok, I'm banning anyone who continues to say good things about the beta without me having my key. Anyone who gets banned will be unbanned once I get my key, and have stopped playing, and when I remember that I banned someone. Or when one of the other mods spits out their drink when they read this, and attempt to undo the chaos.

Nobody seems to know how to follow rules. I was just in a couple of games with a whole bunch of French guys.

They said it could take up to 72 hours before you get a key. I doubt it was Blim and co, unless they were using different names and sound like 12 year olds. And I'm American.

Just a heads up, apparently you can check if you got into the beta. Head to charlieoscardelta.com , go to the forums and post a reply somewhere within the Beta boards, if there is a green COD4 "beta" star under your username, that means you got in. Just have to wait for the actual email to get to you

I think you may be on to something, since I somehow got in :p Let us newbies have our brief moment of grace before the coming storm!


Also, there do seem to be a lot of Europeans participating. I don't want to be an ass, but maybe IW should start IP Banning people(if they can). Seems a bit unfair to the US guys who can't get in.

Hei Grift, have you got your key? Is it ok to post my impressions or will you hate me for all eternity?

Anyways, played it last night, oh my it's a pleasure to play. It just feels RIGHT! Controls are intuitive, makes you forget all about mouse and keyboard, i never thought a multiplayer FPS could be so fast in a console!

This will definitely be the multiplayer on the xbox i was looking for, ever since i stopped playing BF on the PC. Surely this is not so deep, but more run and frag sort of, but it's just FUN. But what with all the persistent stats, customization and a very BF sort of challenges, weeeee, this is gonna be a killer.

Now, i can see my dilemma these coming nights: Bioshock, or CoD4, which shall i play?
