Wonder what that trip to LA was about?
Master Chief is obviously attending President Obama's fundraiser with George Clooney. The President recently came out in support of gay marriage. Now, it was already pretty damn obvious he supported it since before he was President, his words and actions certainly already made that crystal clear before his latest comments, but the media is strange like that sometimes. However, the Chief himself needed the extra assurance :P

There was always a deeper meaning behind the t-bagging.

lol, the first one was irresistible. The game is coming out on election day, after all. And the second one is pretty much the same, a joke. Try not to take it too serious. Now, I might barf if Romney wins, but that's another story lol.

That's going to be next to impossible, they put the release ON US elections. And even though Microsoft is acting like "Oh it's just a coincidence", most people know better. They're obviously trying to generate talk and create mainstream news interest.

I've joined a growing group of gamers who have been sending messages to the Obama campaign and telling them that the Prez should go out to some of those midnight lines (some of those folks will be out there hours before release) and steal a little press for himself.

Imagine if he showed like he did for Just Dance 3?

lol there will be about 4 AAA games there, but as we reach the end of this gen for both the 360 and ps3, both will have loads of kinect/move/vita stuff as they tap the casual audience that have yet to buy a console, whilst the keep the hardcore happy with big sequels.

I know what you mean, Microsoft's E3-11 had echos of Nintendo's 08-E3. I almost expected "Drummer Ravi" to make an encore return to the stage.

So we all already know what's coming , Kinect hit 18 million earlier this year and has probably crossed the 20 million mark by now. So a TON of talk about that from Microsoft, expect that at least half of their conference if not more will probably be devoted to it.

One good thing I can say is that Microsoft will be streaming their press conference over LIVE. You have to wonder what took them so long to figure out that LIVE is perfect for all of their press gaming events, from E3 to Halo-Fest.

True... but the Sony one had just as much Move and stat related stuff, so its hardley just MS. Expect much more of the same this year, as DC said both consoles are coming to the end of there cycles, so expect lots of Kinect/Move and Vita talk as both try to entice the casuals that have yet to buy a console.

I don't know why, but I want the watcher to have some mage-like abilities or something :)

And considering the Chief we've seen looks more badass than that toy design, I assume that watcher and crawler may end up looking even cooler, too. However, that's just the calm before the storm. Wait till we get our eyes on some forerunners :D
